Champion Eye Center expands exceptional eye care services with the addtion of Dr. Susanne Kilgo.

Champion Eye Center has expanded their exceptional eye care services with the addition of Dr. Susanne Kilgo. Dr. Kilgo has provided quality eyecare in the Asheville and Hendersonville areas for nearly 30 years.

“We are very excited to welcome Dr. Kilgo and her established patients to the Champion Eye Center family” says Dr. Patty Champion. “Our growth in our compliment, it is proof of our dedication to provide exceptional levels of care and service that the patients of Champion Eye Center have come to expect.”

Dr. Kilgo obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry. She received her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Florida graduating with honors. She attended graduate school at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Dr. Kilgo said “joining Champion Eye Center is a perfect match since we share the same desire to care for our patients as if they are family. I have a special interest in treating and managing dry eye. I also have extensive experience in fitting toric contact lenses for the correction of astigmatism as well as other custom lenses such a bifocal contact lenses.”
